IN RELATION TO

THE PROPOSED CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND

PROPOSED CONSEQUENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO THE MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION AND BYE-LAWS OF

THE COMPANY

Reference is made to the announcement of CCT Land Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 8 January 2019 (the "Announcement") in relation to, amongst others, the proposed change of the Company's name and the proposed consequential amendments to the memorandum of association and bye-laws of the Company.

Unless otherwise specified in this announcement, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.

In light of the fact that procedures and formalities involved in the proposed consequential amendments to the Memorandum and the Bye-laws ("Amendments to M&A") are complicated and time consuming, the Board considers that it is in the interest of the Company and its Shareholders not to proceed with the Amendments to M&A. The Board confirms that the Company will continue to proceed with the proposed Change of Company Name, without the Amendments to M&A. Having consulted legal advisers on Bermuda law, the Board further confirms that the proposed Change of Company Name will not be affected by the decision not to carry out the Amendments to M&A.
