(OTCQB:BLVT) (the "Company") announced today the conclusion of a strategic partnership between its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bulova Technologies (Europe) LLC ("BT-Europe"), and Tri Gas & Oil Trade S.A., a Swiss based company with operations and marketing facilities within Europe and the Middle East ("TGT") www.trigotrade.com. Pursuant to this partnership, TGT will market the products of BT-Europe and Bulova Technologies Ordnance Systems LLC, another wholly-owned subsidiary of Bulova Technologies Group, Inc., and identify potential European partnership candidates for BT-Europe. It is expected that this Partnership will bring several opportunities for the Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. family of companies.
