Bluestem Group Inc. (OTCMKTS: BGRP) today announced the intention of its Chief Financial Officer, Mark Wagener, to retire in 2017. A search for Mr. Wagener’s successor is underway.

Mr. Wagener will remain with Bluestem until July 3, 2017 to help ensure an orderly transition to his successor.
