NASSAU, Dec 13 (Reuters) - Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried on Tuesday told a magistrate judge in The Bahamas that he will not waive his right to an extradition hearing, according to a Reuters witness, after being arrested in the Caribbean nation and charged with financial crimes in the United States.

"I am not waiving," said Bankman-Fried, dressed in a blue shirt, after consulting with an attorney. (Reporting by Jared Higgs in Nassau)
