NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Bank of Qingdao Co., Ltd. (the "Bank") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held on Friday, 24 August 2018 for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the interim results of the Bank and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 June 2018 and its publication and considering the payment of the dividend on the Bank's offshore preference shares (if any).
