Bandwidth, the leading choice for innovative and scalable voice, 9-1-1 and SMS solutions, today announced that ArrowS3 has embedded Bandwidth's voice network into its new cloud-based unified communications suite. ArrowS3 is a total solutions provider specializing in unified communications, voice and data technologies, contact center and network security.

At the core of Bandwidth's solution are intuitive tools and APIs, along with the company's Unified Communications (UC) Voice Service. UC Voice is a private label SIP solution that uses the same network powering leading brands like Google, Skype and Ring Central. Offered on a per-seat basis, UC providers are able to easily add voice into their unified communications suite of services without having to directly manage the complexities of telecom.

Working with Bandwidth, ArrowS3's SynapS3 ucCloud division now offers an array of technologies including VoIP, unified messaging, unified multimedia conferencing and collaboration, contact center, mobility and desktop integration. Bandwidth's nationwide voice network, tools and APIs have enabled ArrowS3 to quickly go to market by easing the integration of voice into their full-service unified communications suite.

"An increasing number of our customers are looking for flexible, consumption-based highly agile UC solutions and the cloud provides a new set of options for them. At the same time, ease of implementation is paramount and our relationship with Bandwidth allows ArrowS3 to provide a fully integrated UC and embedded network solution offered by the seat that we can deploy rapidly and scale easily," said John Norton, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Solutions Enablement at ArrowS3. "We've been pleased with the creative packaging of their solution as well as the speed of Bandwidth's deployment capabilities, allowing our sales team to pursue new business far more quickly than we could have with any other voice provider."

"Bandwidth has taken what started out nearly a decade ago as SIP Trunking and pioneered a voice solution ideal for supporting the growth of software-based 'as a service' models," said Earl Wright, Bandwidth Vice President of UC Voice Services. "Working with ArrowS3, we are able to support some of the world's largest enterprises with a private label voice solution and tools that let customers search for and provision thousands of numbers in seconds."

Bandwidth continues to drive communications technology innovation, with this seat-based delivery model for UC providers representing the latest example. With its software-minded approach to telecom and more than 550 wholesale customers nationwide, Bandwidth has become one of the nation's largest and most innovative IP-based carriers focused on supporting innovative developers and service providers.
