Addison Lee : purchase of Flyte Tyme now positions The Addison Lee Group as the largest provider of managed ground transport services in the world.

US based executive car service Flyte Tyme already operates over 17,000 vehicles in the United States which will strongly complement Addison Lee's existing services. By combining Flyte Tyme's North American presence with Tristar's global operations and Addison Lee's digital booking platforms, we will be able to provide global managed ground transportation services through a single platform. The combined Addison Lee Group will operate across North America, Europe and Asia, and have a total turnover of nearly £375M (US$450m).

Flyte Tyme's services include airport transfers, events transport services, shuttle services and black car operations. Our combined North American business will be led by Flyte Tyme Worldwide Transportation Chief Executive Officer, Timothy P. Rose. Tim will be forming his new combined management team, closely supported by Mike Fogarty, who has successfully led the Tristar business in North America for many years.
