ASX Announcement Appointment of Managing Director & CEO : Mr A Onsley

Sirius Corporation Limited (ASX code: "SIU") ("Sirius" or "the Company") has appointed Anthony (Tony) Onsley as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Sirius Corporation Limited group of controlled entities with effect from Monday

13 February 2012.

Mr Onsley holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of NSW and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

In commenting on Mr Onsley's appointment Sirius Chairman, Mr R Parrab, stated "On behalf of the Board and our people and after a detailed search, we are pleased to warmly welcome Anthony (Tony) Onsley to the position of Managing Director & CEO and Board member of Sirius Corporation Limited.

Tony has held a number of executive leadership roles including Managing Director & Group General Manager for S.C. Johnson (Australia & New Zealand), CEO for Moore Business Systems and most recently Executive General Manager - Strategy
& Growth for GEON group. He has extensive executive leadership, strategic planning, sales, marketing and business development experience across a number of industry sectors, including large B2B solution services."
