RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
The Board of Directors of AEI Corporation Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Ngiam Zee Moey as Company Secretary of the Company, and the appointment of Ms Lum Soh Ping as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 16 January 2018.
