Formally known as A.B. Closing Corp DBA Knight Federal Solutions, the new Knight Federal Solutions, Inc. supports multiple programs throughout the Intelligence Community with project management, software development and intelligence analysis. In addition, they are currently supporting multiple DoD entities specializing in live, virtual, and constructive simulation and training.

With this buyout from Kavaliro, Knight Federal Solutions, Inc. will acquire more than $5 million in revenue, and grows its staff to more than 50 employees. In addition, Baeten will become the sole owner of the company.
