24Hr HomeCare is celebrating its 10-year anniversary of being an industry leading non-medical in-home care company. 24Hr HomeCare was founded by David Allerby, Tyner Brenneman-Slay and Ryan Iwamoto in 2008 in Torrance, CA. Since its inception, 24Hr HomeCare has expanded to 16 locations throughout California, Arizona and Dallas.

24Hr HomeCare specializes in high-quality care to clients ranging from elderly individuals longing to age gracefully in their home to children or adults with developmental disabilities. Over the past decade, 24Hr HomeCare has provided over 18 million hours of care and has employed over 10,000 employees.

“Over the past decade, 24Hr HomeCare has provided countless families with superior care that impacts the quality of their life,” David Allerby, CEO of 24Hr HomeCare said, “Our caregivers, staff and clients have been nothing short of remarkable over the past 10 years and we are looking forward to continuing to grow together in the next 10.”

24Hr HomeCare has developed a strong focus on being innovative and groundbreaking within the in-home care industry. Over the past 10 years, 24Hr HomeCare has pushed boundaries by starting RideWith24™, a ride-sharing program that specializes in assisting seniors safely to and from their appointments. 24Hr HomeCare has also partnered with local hospitals and organizations to tackle the largest challenges facing the industry, such as creating the Care Extenders program in conjunction with Cedars-Sinai Hospital, which focuses on preventing readmission of patients back into the hospital system upon their initial release.

In addition to being progressive and forward-thinking within the home care industry, 24Hr HomeCare prides itself in giving back to the community in which they serve. The Proceeds to Charity Program was started with the community in mind: donating a portion of the company's proceeds directly to a charity in need. Over $250,000 has been donated to local charities and community partners, such as the American Cancer Society, National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Alzheimer’s of Los Angeles. These funds will help fight various illnesses and diseases, as well as the resources they need in order to live a full and happy life.

Throughout the past 10 years, 24Hr HomeCare has been awarded over 45 national and local awards, including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (2017), being named #24 on Forbes Magazine’s list of Most Promising Company in America, being named to Inc. Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Companies (the Inc. 5000) for six consecutive years, being ranked #4 for At-Home Care on the FORTUNE™ 2018 Best Workplaces for Aging Services by Great Place to Work™.

“We would like to extend our sincerest thanks to all our caregivers, clients and employees that have made the past 10 years a success,” David Allerby said, “Our success and accomplishments over the past decade are a true testament to the amazing people we have within our company and in our communities.”
