Ltd., an investment management company headquartered in Shanghai, China. Founded in 2009, China Universal HK manages investment funds, provides investment advisory services, and manages discretionary accounts for domestic Chinese institutional and individual investors.

CSOP Asset Management Ltd. (CSOP) is an asset management firm headquartered in Hong Kong. The firm was founded in 2008 through a joint venture between China Southern Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CSAM) and OP Financial Investments Ltd. They are now principally owned by CSAM. CSOP provides services to US-based exchange-traded funds (ETFs), as well as investment advisory and related support services to US and non-US clients, such as high net-worth individuals, pooled investment vehicles and other investment advisers. CSOP is a signatory of UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), a public supporter of TCFD recommendations and a public supporter of the Paris Agreement, which is an international treaty on climate change to limit global warming.
