Yating T. Niu

Ms. Niu joined Rochdale Investment Management in 2001.
Previously, she was employed with J.
P.
Morgan Chase & Co., in their Global Syndicated Finance department, where she specialized in structuring, underwriting, and syndicating corporate credit facilities for companies in industrial, consumer, and financial industries.
Before J.
P.
Morgan, Ms. Niu was a Senior Analyst with Staples, Inc., where she conducted financial and business analysis for the company’s contract and commercial business division.
Prior to business school, Ms. Niu spent four years as a Business Manager with an Asian multinational ompany and contributed to the development of the company’s global trading business.

from Shanghai Jiaotong University in China and her M.B.A.
in finance from Boston University.
She has completed Level III of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
