BAE Systems Pension Funds Investment Management Ltd. (BSPFIM) is the wholly-owned pension fund management subsidiary of BAE Systems Plc (LSE: BA) in Great Britain. Headquartered in Farnborough, BSPFIM was founded in 1926 and assists the pension schemes within the BAE Group in the UK. They also act as advisors to the Royal Ordnance and Alvis pension schemes supporting the trustees in their investment activities.

South Yorkshire Pensions Authority (SYPA) is a government-owned pension fund manager headquartered in Barnsley, UK. The firm was founded in 1988, after the abolition of the Metropolitan County Councils in 1986. SYPA is responsible for administering the Local Government Pension Scheme in South Yorkshire. They maintain, invest and administer the South Yorkshire Pension Fund on behalf of contributing employers and members.
