Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Greenwood served as First Vice President in the Global Treasury Department of Merrill Lynch where he was portfolio manager of the firm's Liquidity & Collateral Portfolios.
The portfolios consisted predominately of mortgage backed securities in addition to U.S.
Government and Agency debt.
Prior to Merrill, Mr. Greenwood was a U.S.
Government bond trader for several primary dealers, most recently at Bank of America.
Mr. Greenwood is a graduate of Fairfield University and received his M.B.A from Northeastern University.
