Shealy, III, is President & Chief Executive Officer at ITC Holding Co. LLC.
In 2005, Mr Shealy was recruited to join and lead the expanding real estate investments of ITC Holding Co. and the Greater Valley Group, LLC (GVG).
In his present position, he is the visionary behind the companies' vast real estate holdings including: hospitality, residential, retail, commercial office, industrial and retirement resort developments in the communities of East Alabama and West Georgia, closest to the new Kia production facility.
During his career he served as President of both public and private companies, culminating in a position as President of a $10 billion savings bank in Miami.
In 1989, he founded WDS Investments, Inc., a strategic consulting firm providing investment and real estate development counsel to national and multi-national investors.
