Vincent K. Snowbarger

Vincent K.
Snowbarger is Deputy Executive Director of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp.
and Head of Policy and External Affairs.
Prior to joining Pension Benefit Guaranty in June 2002, he was Member of Member of Congress for the Kansas Third Congressional District in the US House of Representatives from 1997 to 1999.
Mr. Snowbarger served as a Member of the Kansas House of Representatives from 1993 to 1997.
Previously, he was a Faculty Member at Mid-America Nazarene University and an Executive Director of the Kansas Association of American Educators.
Mr. Snowbarger received a degree from Southern Nazarene University, an MA degree from the University of Illinois, and a JD from the University of Kansas.
