Victor Gordon Towell

Chatham Maritime Trust undertakes the maintenance and guardianship of the Estate for the benefit of local stakeholders, i.e. everyone who lives on or uses the Estate. The Trust deals with the day-to-day management of the estate from an office on the estate with a small professional team. It has four member organizations: Medway Council, HCA and the Estate's two occupier associations: St Mary's Island Residents Association Ltd (residential) and South Maritime Residents Ltd (non-residential). The company was founded on April 1, 1997 and is headquartered in Chatham Maritime, the United Kingdom.
