Mr. Tony Wu, CFA, is a Head of Research at Heartland Capital Investment Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd.
He started his investment career in 1993 as an assistant analyst with Peregrine Brokerage.
From 1996 to 1999 he worked as an analyst for Heartland Capital Investment Consulting, Martin Currie’s joint venture with China Securities.
During this time, he built an extensive knowledge of China’s industries and equity markets, and gained valuable insights into how Chinese companies operate.
He left to co-found a private investment consulting business in Shanghai.
Mr. Wu returned to Heartland Capital in September 2004 as a Senior Analyst and became Head of Research in 2012.
