Tomoyasu Takada

Mr. Tomoyasu Takada, is a Principal at Try Hard Investments Co. Ltd.
At Arthur Andersen Tax Accountant Office (currently, KPMG Tax Corporation), mainly engaged in tax consulting service for individual and corporate organizations and post M&A HR consulting service.
Later, at JPMorgan Securities Japan Co., Ltd., Investment Banking Department, he took part in M&A advisory service and rating advisory service for financial corporations, which includes support of acquisition of domestic companies by European and American companies, and support of acquisition and fund-raising by private equity funds, etc.
After moving to Capital Market Department of the company, he was mainly engaged in the support of fund-raising activities by Japanese financial institutions in overseas markets.
Holding the present post since August 2006.
Engaged in sourcing of investment targets, due diligence, and post acquisition management of invested companies.
Mr. Takada graduated from Chuo University, Faculty of Law.
He is a Certified public accountant.
