Steven L. van der Zanden

Mr. van der Zanden draws on extensive commercial real estate consulting experience, with an emphasis on the financial aspects of development.
During his career, Mr. van der Zanden has helped corporate, institutional and private clients overcome challenges and capitalize on over $1.5 billion in real estate opportunities.
Mr. van der Zanden received his BA in Accounting from Michigan State University.
He is also a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Executive Board of Directors with the Real Estate Investment Association, a Board Member of Lambda Alpha International, and a Founding Board Member of the DePaul University Real Estate Center.
