Mr. Stephen Howard is Head of Fixed Interest at Vanguard Investments Australia Ltd.
Mr. Howard joined Vanguard in July 2007 as a Portfolio Manager in the Fixed Interest team and was promoted to Senior Portfolio Manager in July 2008.
He was appointed to Head of Fixed Interest reporting to Joseph Brennan in May 2010 and responsible for the management of all fixed interest, cash and currency hedging portfolios.
He was previously Manager at Quantitative Services at the Treasury Corporation of Victoria.
Prior to TCV in August 2000, Mr. Howard was a Quantitative Analyst in the Quantitative Investments Department at AXA Australia Funds Management.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Finance and Investments and Master of Commerce (Honors) from the University of Melbourne.
