At KPMG Century Audit Corporation (currently, KPMG AZSA & Co.), mainly engaged in auditing of manufacturers and finance institutions, while taking charge of evaluation of nonperforming loans in bulk sale and negotiations with finance institutions, etc.
At KPMG FAS, mainly engaged in, FA operations of M&A and corporate revitalization projects, implementation of financial due diligence and preparation of recovery plans, and investigation of internal control system, etc.
Later, at Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan, involved mainly in financial due diligence, formation of schemes, deal management, post acquisition management of invested companies, etc.
of first section-listed companies.
Holding the present post since June 2006.
Engaged in sourcing of investment targets, due diligence, business planning, investment decision making, and post acquisition management of invested companies.
Mr. Hidaka graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Economics.
