Shane O'Reilly

Mr. Shane O'Reilly is a Director of Investment Management at Smith & Williamson Investment Management (Ireland) Ltd.
He has over 22 years of experience in the financial arena.
Mr. O'Reilly began his career working with the Irish Stock Exchange specializing in the fast growing Off Shore Investment Funds sector.
Subsequent to that, and prior to coming to Smith & Williamson, he worked for 15 years in Goodbody Stockbrokers as a Senior Portfolio Manager.
Here while there, he had responsibility for managing a wide range of investment mandates which included trusts, pensions, corporate mandates and individuals’ funds.
During this time, he was also a member of Goodbody’s alternative assets committee.
Mr. Shane O'Reilly brings a wide range of investment management experience to our Dublin team.
As well as having a well established specialist interest and knowledge in alternative asset investments, he also advises and manages a broad range of clients, as well as being responsible for a number of the large family mandates in Dublin.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (investment specialism) and a registered representative of the Irish Stock Exchange.
