Seth D. Blumenfeld

Seth Blumenfeld was appointed as a Director of Telkonet, Inc. in November 2005.
He joined Telkonet in July 2005 as Senior Advisor for International Development.
Dr. Blumenfeld served as President and Chief Operating Officer of MCI's international subsidiaries from 1984 to 1998.
He served as President of International Services for MCI International, Inc. from 1998 to January of 2005.
Dr. Blumenfeld has 40 years of telecommunications experience.
He was a Member of the Executive Committee of the United States Council for International Business, a Director of the United States Telecommunications Training Institute, a Member of the State Department Advisory Council on International Communications and Information Policy and a Member of the University of Colorado Institute for International Business Board of Advisors.
Dr. Blumenfeld was a Member of the American Graduate School of International Management Board of Advisors, a Member of the Advisory Board of Visitors to Fordham University School of Law and Honorary Chairman of the Connecticut Association of Children with Learning Disabilities.
He received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Fordham University Law School in 1965.
