AXA Investment Managers (Paris) SA (AXA-IM Paris) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of AXA Investment Managers SA, itself a subsidiary of AXA SA (XP: CS, ADR: AXAHY) in France. Headquartered in Puteaux, the firm traces their origins to 1994 when the AXA Group created the AXA Asset Management division. In 1997, the division was renamed AXA Investment Managers. AXA-IM Paris has a network of investment centers worldwide which cater to institutional investors, distributors and AXA Group insurance firms. They are a socially responsible investor which offers SRI funds and integrates ESG criteria into their investment processes.

Amundi Asset Management SA (Investment Management) (Amundi-IM) is the investment management division of Amundi Asset Management SA, ultimately held by SAS Rue la Boétie’s Crédit Agricole SA (EPA: ACA, ADR: CRARY) in France. It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).
