Scott D. Parsons

Prior to Monroe, Mr. Parsons was a Vice President with Merrill Lynch, where he originated, structured and executed middle market debt financing for companies, ESOP’s and private equity sponsors.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Mr. Parsons was with LaSalle Bank, where he worked in several capacities in the bank’s Capital Markets Group, including ESOP Corporate Finance and Debt Syndications.
In these roles, Mr. Parsons was responsible for the origination, execution and distribution of middle-market transactions across a broad range of industries.
Mr. Parsons earned his B.A.
in Economics and Management from Albion College and his M.B.A.
from Wayne State University.
He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the ESOP Association.
