Profile

Previously, Ms. Bever provided investment consulting services to pension plans as a senior consultant at State Street Analytics, which included the former Deutsche Bank Performance Analytics group.
She was formerly at InterSec Research consulting on the global structure of the investment management industry and international performance measurement.
Before joining InterSec, Ms. Bever was Director of the Alliance-Ibbotson Research Institute and Senior Consultant at Ibbotson Associates.
Prior positions include managing the Globex financial futures department for HSBC, having previously worked in their government securities primary dealership (Carroll, McEntee and McGinley), and structuring mergers and capital instruments for the banking industry at the FDIC.
Her career started on the fixed income trading desk at Refco, Inc. Ms. Bever compiled the Retail Industry Statistical Compendium at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette, and authored “Securities Lending” in The Pension Investment Handbook.
Ms. Bever earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, and she received a BA in journalism and MBA in finance from New York University.
She is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Washington, DC.
