Sandesha Jaitapkar

Sandesha Jaitapkar is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Artha Venture Fund.
She carries an experience of over eight years in Office Management & Human Resources.
She has worked with Parthenon-EY, and ITC Limited in Management, Consulting, and Hospitality in her previous stint.
She was responsible for campus hiring, pre-recruitment, and onboarding for new hires, including liaising with the Ministry of External Affairs and international high commissions.
She is a graduate in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
