Mr. Salvatore P.
DiFranco, CPA, is Chief Financial Officer at Evermore Global Advisors LLC.
Prior to joining Evermore, he had extensive years of experience structuring, advising and servicing asset management firms.
He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and earlier in his career was the managing partner of a firm that provided accounting, audit and tax services to the hedge fund community.
He was CFO at the investment firm EGS Partners, then an audit partner for the hedge funds practice at Ernst & Young, specializing in investment partnerships.
He later served as CFO and COO at Reservoir Capital Management and, after that, at Marcstone Capital, the long-short European equity manager founded by David Marcus.
He spent two years at International Fund Services as a managing director and was, most recently, CFO and COO at MarCap Investors from 2005 to 2009.
