Ronald Gravel

Mr. Gravel began his career with Desjardins in 1979.
Since then, Mr. Gravel has held various management positions with the caisses, the federation and its subsidiaries, during which he actively contributed to business development.
Throughout his career Mr. Gravel has sat on boards of directors of many cooperatives, which helped him acquire a high degree of expertise in the field.
Before joining Desjardins Venture Capital in 2002, Mr. Gravel held the post of project manager for Féderation des caisses Desjardins du Québec’s vice presidency, strategic planning and project management.
As well, Mr. Gravel has also served as a member of the organizing committee for the March 2003 first Forum on Funding for Cooperatives, held in Montréal.
Holding a certificate in business administration from the University of Sherbrooke and a certificate in personal finance from Laval University, Mr. Gravel is a financial planner and member of the Association professionnelle en développement économique du Québec.
