They are a subsidiary of Kartra Participaçoes Ltda., which is owned by Banco Bradesco SA (BVMF: BBDC4). BV DTVM manages the assets of third parties and creates customized financial solutions for a range of clients which includes institutional and corporate investors, private banking clients, distributors, and international funds and investors.
