Mr. Roger Victor is Founding Partner at Montlake Capital LLC.
He founded the firm in 1999.
Prior to that Mr. Victor served as President of Olympic Stain Corporation from 1972–1981.
During his tenure, the company increased sales 25-30 percent per year for nine consecutive years, achieved 44 percent national market share, and averaged 24 percent pre-tax profits.
He assisted with the 1981 sale of Olympic Stain to Clorox Corporation.
From 1981 to 1990, he invested in, and operated, successful lodging and real estate businesses in Idaho, Oregon, and Utah.
In 1991, he raised private equity to acquire White Lightning Corporation where he served as President until its 1996 sale to Sherwin Williams.
Mr. Victor holds a B.S.
in business administration from Brigham Young University and has executive education degrees from Harvard Business School and the American Management Association.
He has served on the National Advisory Council of the Marriott School of Management at B.Y.U.
since 1982.
