Richard Wilkes

Mr. Wilkes has served as Chief Executive Officer of North American Mortgage, First Gibraltar Mortgage, Troy & Nichols, Inc., and First Nationwide Mortgage (at the time, the 10th-largest mortgage banking company in America).
From 1989 to 1995, he managed $50 billion of mergers, acquisitions and sales of mortgage companies and assets for MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings, Inc., a company controlled by Ronald O.
Perelman.
From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Wilkes headed IMX, Inc., a provider of enterprise technology solutions to the mortgage banking industry.
He owns and manages Shoal Creek Advisors, M&A and strategic advisory firm, and is a co-owner of Equinox Group LLC, a Professional Employment Organization that provides qualified personnel to the mortgage industry.
He has served as President of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, Fannie Mae National and Regional Advisory Boards, and Director of the Center for Public Policy.
Mr. Wilkes received a BS in Economics and Finance.
He holds the Certified Mortgage Banker designation.
