Cass has been a partner with the law firm of Wilmer, Cutler &Pickering since 1979 and is a former member of his firm's Management Committeeand co-chairman of its Corporate Business Transactions Practice Group.
Hespecializes in corporate and securities law and represents companies andentrepreneurs in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and publicsecurities offerings.
Mr. Cass received his bachelor's degree from PrincetonUniversity and his law degree from Yale University.
