Richard T. Warner

Mr. Warner has extensive principal investing and lending experience and joined GarMark in 2006.
Prior to this, Mr. Warner worked for nine years at Investcorp, an international private equity investment firm, where he was Head of the European Corporate Investment Group.
From 1995-2003, Mr. Warner was a Member of the Management Committee of Investcorp along with Mr. Bewkes and Mr. Philippin when they were at Investcorp.
Mr. Warner was also a Member of Investcorp's Global Operating Board and Global Investment Committee.
Mr. Warner began his career at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and Chemical Banking Corporation, where he worked from 1981-1994 in both New York and London.
He was a founding member of the Specialized Leveraged Financing Group of Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company.
At that time, Mr. Warner worked with Mr. Bewkes and Mr. Pickhardt.
In 1986, Mr. Warner relocated to London to form the European Specialized Leveraged Financing Group, which developed a leading European market position in financing leveraged buy-outs.
In 1991, Mr. Warner established the European private equity business of Chemical Venture Partners.
Mr. Warner earned a B.A.
in Economics with honors from Bucknell University and an M.B.A.
in Marketing and Finance with honors from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University
