Prior to joining Safeco Asset Management in 1983, prior to which he was an equity analyst for a regional financial institution.
He left Safeco Asset Management in 1992 to work as a portfolio manager for a local investment firm.
He returned to Safeco Asset Management in 1995 and assumed his current responsibilities as the portfolio manager for the Safeco Core Equity Fund as well as the analyst for the financial services and natural gas sectors.
Mr. Meagley received a BA from Wake Forest University and a MBA in Finance from the University of Washington.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
