AG2R LA MONDIALE Gestion d'actifs SA (ALMGA) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of SGAM AG2R La Mondiale in France. Headquartered in Paris, ALMGA specializes in managing mutual funds and offers special savings products for retail investors and corporate savings plans.

Prado Epargne Gestion SA (PEG) is the asset management arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prado Epargne, which is majority-owned by the Prémalliance group, a mutual insurance, employee benefits and social protection specialist focused on the southern part of France. PEG was established in 2003 and is located in Marseille on the Southern coast of France. In 2009 the firm was merged into Agicam SA, the investment management subsidiary of AG2R GIE, as part of the strategic aligment process between AG2R La Mondiale and Prémalliance, initiated in 2005. PEG's clients are French institutions and corporations as well as retail investors. The firm specializes in institutional and corporate employee benefit portfolios including retirement savings. They manage mutual funds and discretionary portfolios. Part of PEG's activities consists in socially responsible investment, and the firm is involved in carbon disclosure initiatives.
