Rebecca Katz

Dr. Rebecca Katz is a Director-Investor Relations & Business Development at Canid Asset Management LLC.
Prior to joining Canid, she created and implemented new business development initiatives at a $600 million Registered Investment Adviser.
While doing so she collaborated with high-net-worth clients, investment advisers, third-party administrators, and other financial professionals.
Dr. Katz received her Ph.D.
from Stanford University.
Her doctoral work focused on ethical theory as applied to various problems in contemporary democracies.
During her time at Stanford she collaborated on book projects, assessed large national grant programs, and taught classes on ethical theory and applied ethics.
Before coming west to Stanford, Dr. Katz spent three years at Yale University evaluating and overhauling academic initiatives.
She has a Masters Degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University where she is a frequent speaker on topics such as ethics and entrepreneurialism, business ethics, and ethics and finance.
