Mr. Ragu is the VP of Customer Services at Model N, a leading enterprise software company that focuses on the lifesciences industry.
He has many years of experience in senior management roles in both large and small enterprise software companies and in major consulting firms, with a proven track record in building and growing large consulting practices and with complete profit and loss responsibilities for teams of over 150 employees.
Prior to joining Model N, Mr. Ragu was SVP of Worldwide Professional Services at PostX Corporation, where he sold and delivered solutions to Fortune 500 companies.
Previously, he was VP of Professional Services for Inktomi Corporation.
As Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Ragu developed and managed a customer care and billing practice; he performed a similar role at KPMG.
Other experience includes senior management positions at Versant Corporation and Ontos, Inc., and engineering positions at GenRad, Systems Control Inc., Bechtel, and ISTS Inc. Mr. Ragu obtained his BS in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Madras, India, and earned an MS in electrical and computer engineering from the University of New Mexico.
