Prior to joining KDP, Mr. Witherington was previously a Managing Director at JPMorgan Investment Bank where he was Senior Telecom & Cable Analyst.
Before that, he held a number of positions including Director of Credit Research for JPMorgan Asset Management.
Prior to commencing his tenure with JPMorgan in 1992, he held a number of credit positions with Morgan Guaranty Trust Company.
Mr. Witherington holds a BA, Summa Cum Laude from the Washington & Lee University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.
