Mr. Huang holds a BS in Industrial Design, with an emphasis on Human Interface Device and Mechanical Design from National Cheng Kung University.
He also holds an MS degree in Broadcast, with an emphasis in digital TV, multimedia, and broadband networks from National Cheng Chi University.
Mr. Huang led the investment in Wanxin Image, NeoSolar Power, and VIma Microsystems.
