Prior to joining MacNicol & Associates, Mr. Mascard had an extensive career in the Financial Services Industry.
In 1991 he joined the Investment Counsel division of a Canadian chartered bank and went on to become one of their top business development professionals in the country.
In March 1999, he was promoted to Regional Manager, Eastern Canada; a role that entailed not only developing new business but also managing twenty of his peers.
In 2001, Mr. Mascard joined Ontario's oldest independent money management firm in the role of Business Development, Marketing and Client Service.
Mr. Mascard obtained his B.A.
at the University of Toronto and has also taken the Canadian Securities Course.
