Paul Tershakowec joined the Dancap Family Investment Office in 2013 as an Investment Analyst.
As a Senior Investment Manager, Paul is responsible for managing the Investment Team, conducting research and evaluation of proposed investment opportunities, and conducting ongoing analysis of the portfolio.
Prior to joining Dancap, Paul worked as a Trader and Research Analyst at Arrow Capital Management Inc. where he managed a $1M futures and equities portfolio focusing on equity indices, commodities, and financial and technology stocks.
Paul also worked as a Portfolio Risk Specialist at CIBC and as an Economist with the Federal Government of Canada.
Paul received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and the University of Waterloo.
During his graduate studies, he researched the effects of low interest rates and government policy on the 2007 sub-prime crisis.
Paul is also a CFA Charterholder.
