Segall Bryant & Hamill LLC (SBH) is a SEC-registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The firm was founded in 1994 by Ralph Segall, Charles Bryant and Jonathan Hamill. They are a wholly owned subsidiary of Corient Holdings, Inc., which is owned by CI Financial Corp. (TSX: CIX; OTC: CIXXF) in Canada. SBH provides professional portfolio management of domestic and international equity and fixed income portfolios, and alternative investments, to institutional and intermediary clients. SBH became a signatory of the United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) in 2017.

Denver Investment Advisors LLC is a registered investment advisor located in Denver, Colorado. The firm's origins can be traced to 1958 as the manager of tax-exempt accounts for First National Bank of Denver. In 1983, the firm became a Registered Investment Advisor, and in 1984, they became Denver Investment Advisors, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the bank. Denver Investment Advisors maintains the Workplace Equality Index, which is an index of companies that support lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) equality in the workplace.
