Nicholas J. Bacon

Nicholas Bacon is Chief Executive Officer of Alcazar Capital Limited and is responsible for the overall management of both the Funds and the Licensed Investment Company based in the DIFC Dubai, where he is Senior Executive Officer.
His particular sector focus is in Telecoms and he is responsible for leading the business development activities with Africa across Alcazar Capital Limited.
Before joining Alcazar Capital Limited, he spent six years at Cable and Wireless Group plc as Senior Vice President where he focused on international merger and acquisitions, business development and organisational restructuring in Asia, Africa, USA and Carribean.
Prior to this he was with Credit Suisse First Boston emerging markets group based in London & Moscow.
Nicholas was educated at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and holds a Bacholers degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University with an MBA from London Business School.
In his spare time, he is a keen sailor and takes a particular interest in Sub-Saharan African development and reconstruction.
