Mohamed Aslam bin Mohamed Haneef

Dr. Mohamed Aslam bin Mohamed Haneef is Investment Committee Member at Affin Fund Management Bhd.
He is a Professor at the Department of Economics and Director, International Centre for Islamic Economics & Policy Research, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
He was the Head of Department between 1996 and 1999 and was also visiting scholar at Georgetown University, USA and Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies, UK.
He has published books and articles and conducted research in various areas of Islamic economics and is also involved in numerous executive training programs, specialising in Islamic economics and banking.
He received his PhD from the School of Development Studies, University of East Anglia, UK and he holds a Master of Economics from the University of Malaya and B.Econs (Hons.) from the IIUM.
