In 2000 he was part of the buy-out team that purchased Mitchell Hutchins’ interest in the Twin Cities office, thereby legally forming White Pine Capital.
From 1991-1993 he attended Cornell University, earning his MBA focused on Finance and Accounting.
In addition to his MBA from Cornell University, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Minnesota.
