Mr. Morin has been engaged in corporate development and cross-border technology deals for over 20 years, in senior management positions, in advisory roles and as management consultant.
He received a French graduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Mecanique et d'Aerotechnique and an MS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
