Michael V. Paul

Mr. Paul joined Mid Oaks Investments in 2007 and brings extensive merger and acquisition experience to the firm.
Mr. Paul is responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities, as well as monitoring the firm’s existing portfolio companies.
Mr. Paul began his professional career at J.P.
Morgan Securities, Inc. where he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and focused on assignments for public and private companies in the automotive, shipping, and packaging sectors.
Mr. Paul subsequently worked in the Financial Sponsors Coverage Group of KPMG Corporate Finance, LLC.
He focused on assignments in the manufacturing, distribution and consumer product sectors for middle-market private equity clients.
Mr. Paul graduated cum laude with a B.S.
in Finance and International Studies from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where he earned a National Chick Evans Scholarship.
Mr. Paul holds the Series 7 and 63 professional licenses.
He is also fluent in German.
